De vez en cuando me busco en Google para comprobar que no hay nada raro asociado a mi nombre, porque durante los 8 a\u00f1os en los que tuve mi primer blog<\/a>, sub\u00ed infinidad de cosas que a d\u00eda de hoy prefiero que no pululen por ah\u00ed<\/strong>. Como mi curr\u00edculum, que compart\u00ed alegremente en su momento y a\u00fan hoy me sigue dando sorpresas. Hoy, por ejemplo, me he encontrado con una versi\u00f3n manipulada (con web, correo y tel\u00e9fono falsos) donde sal\u00eda mi foto, nombre y trayectoria reales. Ya lo he reportado a Google mediante el formulario de \u00abderecho de supresi\u00f3n\u00bb<\/a>, tambi\u00e9n llamado \u00abderecho al olvido\u00bb. Bendita ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la vida, sin embargo, no hay formularios. Todo depende de la buena voluntad o torpeza de las partes<\/strong>. Hace unos d\u00edas me enter\u00e9 de que llevas m\u00e1s de 2 a\u00f1os luchando contra un c\u00e1ncer. Me dio por buscarte a ver qu\u00e9 era de ti y justo encontr\u00e9 que acababas de publicar algo el d\u00eda anterior. Comentabas que empezaban a flaquearte las fuerzas y tambi\u00e9n la esperanza. En esta situaci\u00f3n extrema, hab\u00edas decidido mantenerte fiel a tus principios, esos que garantizaban nuestra incompatibilidad, y aspirabas resuelta a la remisi\u00f3n total alej\u00e1ndote de la medicina. Una medicina que, de todas formas, ya en 2021 solo pod\u00eda ofrecerte paliativos a tus 30 a\u00f1os. Ojal\u00e1 te hubieras mirado aquel bulto cuando lo notaste. Al leerte record\u00e9 sin poder evitarlo aquella tarde irlandesa de 2019 donde pr\u00e1cticamente me ordenaste que me calmara, dici\u00e9ndome que estabas segura<\/em> de que no era nada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e1pidamente me abalanc\u00e9 a escribirte, segura<\/em>, yo tambi\u00e9n, de que yo en tu lugar querr\u00eda recibir el m\u00e1ximo apoyo posible<\/strong>. No obtuve respuesta pronto, as\u00ed que asum\u00ed que te encontrar\u00edas demasiado d\u00e9bil o quiz\u00e1 no hab\u00edas mirado ese buz\u00f3n a\u00fan. \u00bfQu\u00e9 otra explicaci\u00f3n podr\u00eda haber? <\/strong>Tras una semana esperando con el est\u00f3mago del rev\u00e9s, me di cuenta: me hab\u00edas bloqueado. Shock, tristeza, impotencia, esperanza, nostalgia, sorpresa, enfado\u2026 Nunca hab\u00eda sentido tantas cosas en tan poco tiempo. Siete d\u00edas y 500 noches me han hecho falta para entender que esto no va de m\u00ed ni de lo que yo preferir\u00eda. Que la vida se te escapa entre los dedos. Que esto va de ti y solo de ti. De ti, que ir\u00f3nicamente fuiste quien me puso en contacto por primera vez con algo llamado \u00abl\u00edmites\u00bb, que tantas puertas me ha abierto y tantas otras ha cerrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a1Qu\u00e9 f\u00e1cil fue durante los primeros d\u00edas asociar tu silencio a un mensaje traspapelado…! \u00a1Qu\u00e9 dulces las horas imaginando un reencuentro que dejara a un lado nuestras diferencias, si as\u00ed lo hubieras querido! Qu\u00e9 tentador dejarse seducir por la idea de que yo ten\u00eda voz y voto en este cap\u00edtulo tan tuyo<\/strong>… Qu\u00e9 ingenua yo, al no recordar que, tambi\u00e9n en la vida, existe el derecho a olvidar y a que te olviden, por m\u00e1s que duela. Con tu decisi\u00f3n asisto pasivamente, por tanto, al paso lento de tu tiempo y a tu dolor incomparable, desde la m\u00e1s prudente de las distancias: la que t\u00fa has impuesto y yo, ahora, respeto.
